These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and the reservation of accommodation at Monte Valeo Regenerative Longevity Farm, located in Coín, Andalusia, Spain. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Monte Valeo
Monte Valeo is a regenerative longevity farm offering accommodation, retreat hosting and longevity experiences in Andalusia, Spain.

2. Website Use
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, photography, videos, graphics, logos, illustrations and design, is the intellectual property of Monte Valeo unless otherwise stated.
You may browse and share our content for personal, non-commercial use only.
No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished or used for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
3. Reservations
A reservation becomes confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a written booking confirmation from Monte Valeo.
All reservations are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a reservation where necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, fraudulent bookings or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Rates & Payment
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Accommodation reservations require full payment at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For certain reservations, a refundable security deposit may be requested prior to arrival. Where applicable, guests will be informed in advance. The deposit will be refunded after departure, provided no damage, excessive cleaning or additional charges have been incurred.
5. Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing by email.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund.
- 30 days or less before arrival: No refund.
No refunds will be given for:
- No-shows
- Late arrivals
- Early departures
- Unused nights
Requests to change reservation dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is available from 15:00.
Check-out is before 11:00.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.
7. House Rules
To help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of Monte Valeo, we kindly ask all guests to respect the following:
- No smoking inside the accommodation.
- No parties or events without prior written approval.
- Quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
- No pets unless explicitly agreed in writing.
- Please respect the farm, wildlife, gardens, animals and other guests during your stay.
- Guests are expected to treat the accommodation and surrounding property with care and respect.
Monte Valeo reserves the right to terminate a stay without refund if these house rules are seriously violated.
8. Wellness & Farm Facilities
Guests are welcome to enjoy the facilities available at Monte Valeo, including the swimming pools, sauna, jacuzzi, cold plunge, gym, walking trails and regenerative farm.
All facilities are used entirely at the guest's own risk.
Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for supervising children at all times, particularly around water, animals and farm equipment.
9. Wildfire Prevention
Monte Valeo is located in a region where the risk of wildfires can be extremely high, particularly during the summer months.
Open fires, fireworks, sky lanterns and any activity that may increase the risk of fire are strictly prohibited unless expressly authorised by Monte Valeo.
Guests must follow all fire safety instructions provided during their stay.
Any guest who causes a fire through negligence or intentional misconduct shall be held fully responsible for all resulting damages, including but not limited to:
- Damage to buildings or property
- Damage to neighbouring land
- Environmental damage
- Emergency response costs
- Legal costs
- Loss of business income
- Claims made by third parties
10. Liability
While we take great care to provide a safe and enjoyable environment, Monte Valeo cannot be held liable for:
- Loss, theft or damage to personal belongings.
- Personal injury or accidents occurring during your stay, except where caused by our proven negligence.
- Interruptions to electricity, internet, water supply or other services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the accommodation, furnishings, facilities or surrounding property during their stay.
Where damage results in repair costs, replacement costs, loss of income or claims by third parties, Monte Valeo reserves the right to recover these costs from the responsible guest.
11. Force Majeure
Monte Valeo shall not be liable for delays, cancellations or failure to fulfil its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Wildfires
- Natural disasters
- Extreme weather conditions
- Flooding
- Government restrictions
- Public health emergencies
- Utility failures
- Strikes
- Civil unrest
- Acts of war
- Any other unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control
12. Photography
During your stay, Monte Valeo may occasionally take photographs or videos for promotional purposes.
We will always request your permission before using photographs or videos in which you are clearly identifiable.
13. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and protect your personal data.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Spain.
